Still Reps is a Shaolin-inspired apparel brand built around stillness in motion: the meeting point of physical training, meditation, discipline and self-mastery.
We're drawn to the parts of practice most people skip past. Breath under tension. Repetition without recognition. Precision over force. Softness alongside strength. The quiet discipline of returning to the work, again, with no one keeping score.
This is inspired by the philosophy and training traditions around Shaolin practice, Buddhism and Taoist thought, not a claim to them. We're not a Shaolin institution, and we don't teach anyone's form but our own. You are your own master. What we take from that world is the idea that movement can be more than exercise. Forms, conditioning, flexibility, breathwork, meditation and internal cultivation are all ways of building the same thing: awareness, control, presence.
That philosophy shapes what we make. Our clothing is built to feel as considered as the ideas behind it: comfortable, durable, understated enough to move between training, stillness and everything in between.
